Information you choose to send

The home-value and cash-offer request forms collect your name, email, phone number, property address, property type and, for condominiums, unit number. Each submission saves a private delivery record, emails Alex K Team and creates or updates a request in Sierra, our customer relationship management system. Returning requests are added as notes without replacing existing contact details. Hosting, email and security providers process information needed to deliver and protect your request. We use these details to prepare and email your requested property report, review cash-offer options when requested, and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell your submitted information.

Form protection

The form uses a security token, a hidden anti-spam field, timing checks, and a short-lived rate limit. The rate-limit key is derived from connection information and is not intended to identify you.

Calls, texts, and email

By submitting a home-value form, you request a property report by email and a response from Alex K Team by email or phone. By submitting a cash-offer form, you request contact by email or phone about cash-offer options; submission does not create or guarantee an offer. These forms do not enroll you in marketing text messages. Property reports are prepared manually; the website does not generate an instant automated valuation.

Analytics and consent choices

If site measurement is enabled, nonessential analytics remains off until the applicable consent choice is accepted. Measurement is limited to page and fixed interaction events and must not include a property address, name, email address, telephone number, inquiry text, or precise location. You may reject or later withdraw a nonessential choice through the website privacy controls.

Maps and external services

The Contact page does not request the Google Map until you deliberately load it. A direct Google Maps link remains available without loading the embedded map. Loading the map or following an MLS, review, map, social, or other third-party link allows that service to process information under its own privacy practices.
